We want you to feel like at home
The family guesthouse is located in the villige of Bodice at altitude of 620m and is located 5 km from the center of Liptovsky Mikulas. Nearby are the well-known ski resorts JASNÁ – Demänovská Dolina and thermal baths Tatralandia, Lipt. Ján and Bešeňová. We offer year-round accommodation in two separate houses, in a very nice and quiet environment near the Demänovská Valley with beautiful views of Liptov and the panorama of the High and Low Tatras. The maximum accommodation capacity of the guesthouse is 30 beds. In the guesthouse there is a lounge with TV, kitchenette, outdoor sitting with fireplace and if you arrive by car, our private parking is ready for you. Free internet access throughout the guest house.

In each house there is a dayroom for guests.

Operational information
Arrival & Departure
We know that travel brings a lot of surprises and situations. Therefore, you can come and stay at any time before 22:00. In order to prepare everything for other guests, we ask you to check out until 10:00. If you have special requirements contact us and we’ll find a way.
Reservation cancelation
We’ll be great help for you. If you have to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 7 days before your arrival. Otherwise, your deposit will be lost.
Rules of the Guest house
In order to be fair to everyone, we ask you to respect the other guests and the night’s rest, from 22:00 to 06:00. For evening activities, please use the lounge.

Summer period
The summer season offers a wide range of hiking, biking, water sports, rafting, paragliding, climbing, horseback riding, visiting the inaccessible caves with a guide for public, sightseeing flights. For Liptov is also characteristic a large number of mineral springs, many of which are used for spas and recreational purposes, Thermal bath Bešeňová, Liptovský Ján and the largest water area of relaxation and entertainment in Slovakia Aquapark Tatralandia with 6 toboggans over 500 meters long, 4 relaxation pools, 1 swimming pool with attractions and 1 swimming pool.
Winter season
The winter season in Liptov is characterized by a rich snow cover, which can be here from late autumn to mid-spring. There are 30 ski resorts in Liptov. They offer skiers of varying difficulty, many of them are artificially snow-covered, cross-country ski trails and more for more demanding ones you can try ski touring. Most ski resorts provide ski service. Besides skiing there are excellent conditions for snowboarding and paragliding. In the winter there is a rarity outdoor swimming in the thermal swimming pool Bešeňová and Aquapark Tatralandia.
